10100 was a project that took the team carefully considered the needs of creative individuals and brainstormed ideas for a space that would inspire and support their work. We drew inspiration from the vibrant colors and organic shapes found in nature, and worked closely with local artists and craftsmen to incorporate unique, handmade elements into the design. The result was a vibrant, dynamic space that fostered collaboration and innovation among its residents.

The project is focused on using generative design techniques to create architectural features that seamlessly integrate with the existing building elements, such as HVAC and plumbing lines. By leveraging the power of parametric tools and advanced algorithms, the design team was able to generate numerous design options that not only met the functional requirements of the building, but also enhanced its aesthetic appeal.

One of the key challenges faced during the design process was the need to accommodate the complex HVAC and plumbing systems within the limited space available. The generative design approach allowed the team to quickly explore a wide range of design solutions, each of which took into account the specific constraints and requirements of the project.

Through iterative testing and refinement, the team was able to arrive at a final design that not only met all of the functional requirements, but also enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the building. The end result was a space that was not only functional and efficient, but also visually stunning, thanks to the innovative use of generative design techniques..
